01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phcash 8 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the phcash 8 website or services. By accessing or using phcash 8, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

phcash 8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phcash 8 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use phcash 8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phcash 8 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from phcash 8 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phcash 8 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.

phcash 8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of phcash 8 services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited. If phcash 8 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Keep your phcash 8 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Notify phcash 8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phcash 8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phcash 8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (where supported by your issuing bank)

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the phcash 8 cashier page at the time of the transaction. phcash 8 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• phcash 8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.
• phcash 8 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once funds have been dispatched from the platform.

Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on phcash 8, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phcash 8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms disclosed with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phcash 8 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: phcash 8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Amendments: phcash 8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phcash 8 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on phcash 8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in monitored studio environments. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute, the recorded session will be the definitive reference.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phcash 8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phcash 8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a game session, phcash 8 will attempt to complete the round according to the game's standard rules. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in phcash 8's server logs shall be the authoritative record. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcash 8. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phcash 8 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the phcash 8 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phcash 8 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcash 8 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your phcash 8 account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the phcash 8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of phcash 8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcash 8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the phcash 8 platform without prior written consent.
• Use any phcash 8 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any phcash 8 content.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on any part of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of phcash 8 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcash 8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phcash 8 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the phcash 8 platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

phcash 8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcash 8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

phcash 8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phcash 8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phcash 8 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

phcash 8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phcash 8 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phcash 8 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Privacy

phcash 8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a phcash 8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phcash 8 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification service providers as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

phcash 8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phcash 8 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the phcash 8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phcash 8 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phcash 8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
